• Most items listed on the site are ready made, ready to post. Expect your items to be posted up to 3 working days after purchase. You will be informed of postage, and after this point I cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery.

Please expect items that are made to order to take 1-3 weeks to make, unless stated otherwise.

  • Currently I cannot offer postage to the EU due to GPSR laws.

For UK customers I offer 2nd Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Royal Mail and 48 Hour tracked.

Postage costs are calculated as per Royal Mail sizing guides and include packaging costs.

International customers may need to message me prior to purchase for a postage quote.

  • All my earrings are made of polymer clay, unless stated otherwise.

Findings materials range from materials such as brass to stainless steel, I take care to buy hypoallergenic findings where possible. I state in each listing what materials are included.

If you like something but are worried about possible allergens, then please be aware that I also hand make Sterling Silver hoops, which can be swapped for an additional cost of £2 per pair. If you wish to change this, please add the ‘sterling silver hoop’ to your purchase and message me to let me know which earrings you would like to be swapped, if necessary.

  • As is the nature of handmade products, please expect an element of inconsistency such as slight colour difference as to on screen or tiny bubbles within the clay.

That being said, if you are unhappy with your purchase once it is received, please let me know as soon as possible. This gives me an opportunity to try and resolve any issues you have.

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after receiving your order, on the understanding that the item hasn’t be used or worn. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

I cannot take responsibility for lost packages once posted. If you require more security than is provided by basic Royal Mail service, please select the tracked postage option.

  • I do! I love taking requests and love to use this as an opportunity to try new styles and learn new skills. I will state that I do not ‘copy’ the work of other artists, so please do not ask me to do this as I will say no.

If I cannot meet your requests, I will aim to put you in contact with someone who can, as I have many talented colleagues and friends within the arts.

  • Please drop me a message!

Be patient with me. Although I will strive to respond to your message as quickly as I can, I am but one person with the usual life commitments. If you feel I am taking too long to respond, feel free to prompt me again.
